Living in Los Angeles for 15 years, I was close to Artesia, (Little India) so various Indian food options was available in 20 mins or so. I was craving Indian food, but not a heavy meal before work. I love Indian street food and found this via yelp. It's a small little place with like 4 table and two Aunties running the place. I ordered idly vada platter and the mysore masala dosa. It came with sambar and coconut chutney. The vada was great, but the idly seemed like it was microwaved which causes it to become rubbery and hard. However the dosa was out of this world. I get it Indian spicy because if they perceived you as Gori they will make their spicy mild. It was enough food to fill me up and I had 1/2 the dosa to take with me. Will be back to try other items on their menu. Definitely will be back or at least order to go before between jobs.

Tasty inexpensive and friendly. It is so easy to stop by on my way home and feed me and the kids

A family friend brought us to this hole in the wall spot, and I was impressed. Our group had a mix of folks with different dietary restrictions (vegetarian, pescatarian, etc), and they were incredibly sweet and accommodating to everyone. Service was quick and the food was great. Love that it's a woman owned business, too! Highly recommend.

I'm a huge fan of chicken biryani and dosa !!!! I can eat those 2 things over and over again haha however there are many more things to try for vegetarian dishes .

This is my second time order here from DoorDash First order I had the fish the okra and the aloo gobi I'm going to speak only about what I like I just have this to say The Aloo gobi has no business being so good when all it is is potato and cauliflower I'm upset the restaurant is closed for the night according to door dash because I could definitely have a little more and some for breakfast tomorrow I'm removing 1 star because my container wasn't full and the items (potato and cauliflower) are inexpensive so there was no need to skimp

True and authentic Punjabi food is on the menu here. I loved their palak paneer and chai. But the dish that steals the spotlight is the aloo paratha. Gigantic, hearty, and topped with melted butter. Note they do love their chilis here so if they ask you how spicy you want it, round it down a bit! Trust me!
